The proposal made by INFINITY DESIGN OFFICE combines the architectural character of the Hotel, by preserving the original building volume and marking the vertical elements with finish- es with modern, wooden inflections.

At the same time, we invite visitors to discover the contempo- rary extensions that we propose, and the reinterpreted natural accents. In order to accommodate the necessary functions of the hotel, we propose to create an extension on the south- south east facade. Thereby we will achieve a bigger surface for the daily restaurant and an open terrace, with view directly to the city of Sinaia. The proposed extension will also host the interior pool, that is next to the SPA area, and the exterior pool with its terrace.

We propose the addition of two elevators attached to the main facade, that will ensure the bond between the semi-basement 1 and 4th floor and will ease the guests flows. We consider proper that the existing elevator to be replaced with one of bigger capacity, by local widening of the gap in the plates and its edging to the recommendations of the structural engineers.

The Hotel will own the next main functions:

Semi-basement 2 – functions related to the hotel: laundry, ironing, personal locker rooms, technical spaces, storage spaces

Semi- basement 1 – SPA ares and access to the indoor and outdoor pool, spaces for playroom and activities dedicated to children, GYM, kitchen spaces dedicated to the two restaurants

Ground floor: Access lobby and reception, restaurant, bar, and des- sert bar, 9 accommodation rooms of 4*

1st floor: Gift shop and 15 accommodation rooms of 4*

2nd floor: 11 accommodation rooms of 4* and 5 accommoda- tion rooms of 3*

3rd floor: A la Carte Restaurant, 10 accommodation rooms of 4* and 3 accommodation rooms of 3*

4th floor: Sky bar/ Cigar Bar, 13 accommodation rooms of 4* and 3 accommodation rooms of 3*
